How We Work

From drawing
to finished part.

  1. Design Review & DFM

    We study your CAD files or drawings before a single tool touches stock. If a feature will cost you more than it earns, we say so.

  2. Material & Toolpath Programming

    Stock is sourced and verified. Our CAM programs are proven dry-run before production begins, locking in the feed rates that keep tolerances consistent across the full run.

  3. Precision Machining

    Parts are cut on our CNC mills and lathes. First-article inspection happens at the machine before the run continues. No assumptions. No surprises at delivery.

  4. Inspection & Delivery

    Every finished part is measured and documented. Dimensional reports ship with the parts. If it does not conform, it does not leave the floor.

Tolerances held to ±0.001″ are a baseline, not a selling point.
